Production Control has the following modules.
Production Resource Manager
The Production Resource Manager module lets you manage Machines and Personnel. Machine Groups and Production lines can also be defined for standard processes. Operating costs and Capacities for machines and personnel can be tracked by time or processed output. Personnel can have individual and vacation schedules defined.
Production Task Manager
The Production process can be broken down into top level Task Groups. Each Task Group can have multiple tasks. Each task can be assigned Machines and Personnel that can perform the activity.
Task Scheduler
Tasks can be scheduled automatically or manually based on individual machine and personnel availability. A Single page dashboard view is available to keep track all scheduled tasks to ensure that nothing gets missed.
